Metal enamel

Metal enamel

product description
Appearance: silvery white solid.
Physicochemical properties: 锑 is a kind of colored heavy metal, brittle and shiny silvery white solid. There are two allotropes, the yellow variant is stable at minus 90 degrees, and the metal variant is a stable form of sputum. The melting point is 630 degrees, the density is 6.62 g/cm 3 , and the thermal conductivity is poor.

Features:
1. Niobium is a nitrogen element (Group 15) with an electronegativity of 2.05. According to the periodic law of the element, its electronegativity is larger than that of tin and antimony, and smaller than that of antimony and arsenic. Helium is stable in air at room temperature, but reacts with oxygen to form antimony trioxide when heated.锑 does not react with acid under normal conditions.
2. It is known that there are four allotropes in the sputum - a stable metal sputum and three metastable sputum (explosive sputum, black scorpion, scutellaria). Metal enamel is a fragile silvery white shiny metal. The molten crucible is slowly cooled, and the metal crucible forms a trigonal crystal which is heteromorphous with the gray allotrope of arsenic. A rare explosive enthalpy can be made by electrolyzing antimony trichloride. When it is scratched with a sharp instrument, an exothermic chemical reaction occurs, releasing white smoke and forming a metal ruthenium. If it is ground in a mortar with a mortar, a violent explosion will occur. Black enamel is formed by the rapid cooling of the vapor of metal ruthenium. Its crystal structure is the same as that of red phosphorus and black arsenic, and it is easily oxidized or even self-ignited in oxygen. When the temperature drops to 100 ° C, it gradually transforms into a stable crystal form. Astragalus is the most unstable one and can only be obtained by oxidation of hydrogen halide at -90 °C. Under this temperature and ambient light, the metastable allotropes transform into more stable black mites.
3. The structure of the metal ruthenium is a layered structure (space group: R3m No. 166), and each layer contains a connected pleated six-membered ring structure. The most recent and nearest helium atoms form a deformed octahedron, and the three helium atoms in the same double layer are slightly closer than the other three. This relative proximity makes the density of the metal crucible to 6.697 g/cm, but the weak bond between the layers also makes it soft and brittle.

 use:
1. As a hardener for alloys, to enhance the hardness of the alloy.
2. In the movable type printing industry, lead materials, cable sheathing, solder and plain bearings.
3. Used in batteries and military industries.
4. Raw materials for the production of cerium oxide.
5. Widely used in the production of various flame retardants, enamel, glass, rubber, paints, pigments, ceramics, plastics, semiconductor components, pharmaceuticals and chemical products.
