Casting safety technology operating procedures

Foundry
 
       1. Only those who have been specially trained by the caster can pass the test and obtain the operation certificate before they can operate independently.
 
2. In the operation, wear protective equipment, do not bend your chest and bare feet.
 
3. Where ventilation equipment is provided, ventilation equipment should be activated before work.
 
4. The workplace should be kept clean and tidy, sand boxes, models, tools, etc. should not be stacked at random, keeping the passage unimpeded.
 
5. Waste and garbage should be dumped at the designated location and eliminated regularly. The street lamp voltage used must not exceed 36V.
 
6. When using equipment or cranes, follow their safety technical operating procedures.
 
Stylist
 
      1. Before work, you must organize the work site and check whether the tools used (such as sand box, screws, bottom plate, etc.) are good. If cracks or damage are found, they must be trimmed before use.
 
2. The sandbox should be neat and stable, not too high, the big box is down, and the small box is on.
 
3. It is strictly forbidden to stand under the sand type that is hoisted. It is necessary to support it with a shelf when working below. It is not allowed to find a balance on the sand type that is hoisted.
 
4. When the sand box is turned over, the sand box must be suspended and the surrounding is unobstructed. The unrelated personnel must be away from the operator and the operator cannot be close to the sand box. A bracket must be used when turning the large flask.
 
5. When placing the sand box on the template, do not lift the sand box below by hand. When lifting the box, it should be suspended and sturdy. When lifting the support, stand on both sides of the sand box.
 
6. When using compressed air to blow sand or mud type sand, the pressure should not exceed 8kg/cm2.
 
7. The sand type should be placed neatly, leaving a certain passage for easy casting. The casting position must be in the same direction and leave a mark.
 
8. Large sand type or pit shape, the bottom of the rent must be left in the airway, so that the gas inside the mold can be discharged smoothly during casting.
 
9. Turn over the box and have a special person to direct the box.
 
10. After packing the box, wipe the box seam, press the box as required, or tighten with screws. At the same time, prevent the box mouth burr from injuring people, check whether there is sand in the pouring mouth, and whether the air holes are unblocked.
 
11. Clean up iron debris and other debris from the workplace before leaving work.
 
Caster
 
       1. Clear all obstacles in the passage and the site.
 
2. Check if the ladle is dry, whether the bottom, the ear, the bag and the end are safe and reliable, and whether the rotating part is flexible. It is forbidden to use unheated ladle.
 
3. All tools in contact with molten iron must be preheated to above 500 °C before use, otherwise they are not allowed to be used.
 
4. The molten iron should not exceed 80% of the volume of the ladle, and the bag should be smooth and slow, and the pace should be consistent to prevent the molten iron from splashing and injuring people.
 
5. Before using the crane to lift the molten iron, check whether the hook and the chain are reliable. When the chain is lifted, the chain is not allowed to be knotted. A special person is responsible for following the ladle. After the route, there must be no spare personnel.
 
6. Strictly implement the six no pouring:
 
1 The temperature of the molten iron is not enough to be poured;
 
2 Iron water grades are not right;
 
3 does not block the slag without pouring;
 
4 sand box does not dry or not poured;
 
5 do not put the outside gate without pouring;
 
6 molten iron is not enough to not pour.
 
7. When casting, it should be accurate and stable. It is not allowed to pour molten iron into the sand box from the riser and watch the molten iron.
 
8. When molten iron is poured into the sand mold, it is necessary to ignite the exhaust gas from the steam holes, risers and box joints at any time to prevent the poison gas and molten iron from splashing and injuring people.
 
9. The remaining molten iron should be poured into the prepared iron mold or sand pit, and it is not allowed to fall on the sand pile and the ground to prevent the iron water explosion from injuring people. The molten iron flowing on the ground due to running fire or other reasons shall not be covered with sand before it is solidified, and shall be removed in time after solidification.
 
10. All equipment should be checked for safety and reliability before use, and cleaned after use.
 
Sand worker
 
1. Check the safety and reliability of the equipment and tools used. When clearing the sand, pay attention to the distance between people should not be too close, and the front of the clear sand is not allowed to stand.
 
2. The sand-flooding castings should pay attention to the surrounding personnel. When the large castings need to be lifted by the crane, the two must be flat and stable, and the burrs are not allowed to hang.
 
3. The cleaned castings are not allowed to be stacked too high to prevent collapse and injury.
 
4. When you are burring, you are not allowed to stand in front. When using a crane, the spreader must be inspected. The chain must not be knotted, and the hanging should be secure. When casting, the castings are not allowed to stand underneath.
 
5. When using a grinder to grind a burr, strictly follow its safety technical regulations. Finish the work, clean up the site, and organize the tools and equipment.
 
Drying, casting, firework
 
1. When loading, follow the following rules:
 
1 Place the large piece underneath and the small piece on it;
 
2 put the workpiece balance on the car;
 
3 Dispense the workpiece into a stable small pile (depending on the size of the furnace).
 
2. Pay attention to the following items when handling the workpiece:
 
1 Select a method for safely tying the workpiece;
 
2 Do not carry workpieces that exceed the load of the crane;
 
3 When hoisting the workpiece, care should be taken to prevent hand squeeze and hand pressing;
 
4 When lifting the workpiece, do not stand on the workpiece or stand under the hanger.
 
3. When entering the furnace and exiting the cart, you must pay attention to whether the workpiece collapses.
 
4. When the oven is firing, care should be taken to prevent the fire from happening. After the fire, the inflammable materials such as firewood in front of the furnace door should be cleaned up.
 
Metal melting safety general rules
 
      1. Before work, carefully check the machinery, electrical appliances, water cooling, hydraulic pressure (or air pressure), and confirm that it is normal before melting.
 
2. When working, wear overalls, wear protective shoes, wear protective glasses, protective caps, etc. Do not wear bare shoulders to prevent burns.
 
3. Always keep the stove and work site clean and tidy. All materials and tools should be placed at designated locations.
 
4. The charge should be dry and someone is responsible for inspection. It is strictly forbidden to put explosive materials (such as warheads, detonators, etc.), sealed containers and furnace materials with water (or snow) into the furnace.
 
5. Sample spoons, sample molds, dials, etc., should be kept dry and clean. The remaining melt should be poured in a dry place or in a dry ingot mold.
 
6. When using the vehicle, first check the chain, wire rope, hook, and the equality of the sky, otherwise it is forbidden to lift. When lifting, it is necessary to operate according to the "Safety Technical Operation Regulations for Lifting Workers".
 
7. Before opening the furnace, all obstacles around the pit must be removed. No explosives are allowed within 5m. There should be no water in the pit and the front of the furnace.
 
8. When adding powdered material, it should be fed sideways to prevent splashing and injury.
 
9. Before the molten metal is used, the tools and ladle used must be baked and dried. The ladle must be placed in a positive and stable manner. It is forbidden to contact the cold and wet iron rods and tools with the molten metal to prevent splashing and injury.
 
10. When you open the furnace, you must stick to your job position according to the division of labor, and you must not leave your job.
 
Sandblasting
 
1. Check the ventilation and dust removal system, nozzle and compressed air system before work, whether the sand return system is good, etc. When using the gas storage tank, check whether the pressure gauge, safety valve and gas storage tank are normal, and check regularly; check the hand hole , the ventilation pipe and the sand blasting machine door are sealed.
 
2. Start the ventilation and dust removal equipment before operation. When the ventilation and dust removal equipment fails, sandblasting is prohibited.
 
3. The sand should be screened before use to avoid intrusion of debris.
 
4. Wear protective glasses when handling, not allowed to bare arm. The air pressure is not allowed to exceed the specified value, and it is forbidden for the unrelated person to approach the equipment.
 
5. The blasting hose must not be replaced or cleaned of nozzle blockage when it is filled with compressed air.
 
6. The castings should be placed in a stable position, and the stacking should not be too high to avoid dumping and injuring people.
 
7. It is forbidden to sandblasting in open locations.
 
Die casting machine
 
First, production preparation
 
1. When the die caster enters the production position, he must wear labor protection supplies (clothing, pants, shoes, hats, glasses, etc.).
 
2. Check whether water, electricity, gas and wind meet the production specifications. Inspect the lubrication points of the equipment and inject grease as specified.
 
3. Do other preparations before production: (tooling, crafts, tools, etc.), when
 
Only after all production preparations have been confirmed, safe and reliable can the equipment be started.
 
Second, no-load start
 
1. Turn on the start switch, wait for the motor and oil pump to run for 1 to 3 minutes, and then perform various functions of the no-load test.
 
2. Manually operate the no-load test machine, check the electric control cabinet, and whether the program indication signals are in accordance with the program. When the cold room is air-jetted, the cotton yarn must be placed. The punch must be removed when the hot chamber is aired.
 
3. Open the manual switch, no load test machine (opening and closing mold, core pulling, ejection, spraying, etc.).
 
Third, production operations
 
1. Adjust various parameters according to the process. Injection force, opening and closing time, solidification time, spraying time (number of times), number of ejections, cycle time, electronic scale, etc. And adjust the temperature parameters (nozzle, gooseneck, charge) accordingly.
 
2. Preheat the mold and the spoon, preheat the cold chamber die casting machine. It is forbidden to put the cold ingot and the returned water into the crucible.
 
3. Manually operate the single-piece trial production after removing the factors such as the parting surface and nozzle, which are harmful to the safety of others; and self-check the product.
 
4. Confirm that the product conforms to the drawings, the equipment complies with the technical regulations, and can be produced in a single cycle. Safety guard doors should be closed during production. It is strictly forbidden to stand at the parting surface.
 
5. Fully automatic production. After the "three inspections" approved products are qualified, they can be fully automated and mass produced.
 
6. If a fault is found in production, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, excluded, and filled out the trouble ticket. After the fault is eliminated, the production can be started. If there is a failure in production, the “three nosing” principle should be strictly implemented, and the production record and accident report form should be filled out.
 
Fourth, the end of production
 
1. Stop. Check the water, electricity, gas, and wind, and ensure that the water is unblocked to cool the equipment. When the equipment temperature is <50 °C, the water can be stopped.
 
2. Clean the equipment and clean it. Pay attention to the grease on the lubrication points and pay attention to anti-corrosion and rust prevention.
 
Plastic injection molding
 
1. Wear labor protective gear before work.
2. Check before work:
1 Check the mechanical transmission part of the machine tool, whether the safety protection device and the electrical parts are well grounded;
2 The pressure gauge indicates whether it is correct, whether the upper and lower heating plates are flat and the insulation of the heating plate and the machine tool is good.
3 Whether the fuel volume in the pump box and fuel tank is sufficient and clean;
4 Start the machine twice, observe it, and make sure that there is no abnormality before driving.
3. Pay attention to the operation of the machine during work. If abnormality is found, stop the vehicle immediately and do not drive before troubleshooting.
4. The machine is running. Do not replace the resistance wire to prevent electric shock.
5. Keep the heating plate and workbench clean, and do not heat the food on the heating plate.
6. After the safety valve is adjusted, it is not allowed to arbitrarily move to avoid personal accidents.
7. After the work is finished, the power should be cut off, and the handles of the machine should be placed in the neutral position to clean the machine and the surrounding environment.
