Silicon germanium alloy is mainly used as a casting inoculant, and it is the most effective promoting element in the ferrosilicon inoculant. When the degree of supercooling is large, the ruthenium has a special effect of reducing the number of eutectic groups, which can reduce the shrinkage and shrinkage defects of the casting.
Performance characteristics
The ability to reduce white mouth is about 50% higher than that of ferrosilicon. The cross-section uniformity and anti-recession ability are better than that of ferrosilicon. At the same time, the number of eutectic groups is not increased, and the melting and slag are less.
